Excellent communication, service and installation. Completely satisfied.

Snug were excellent from start to finish. They took time to properly answer my many questions, flexible to meet my requests, and very clear when and why some of my requests were not possible to achieve. They were great to have in the house while doing the work. Time and cost estimates were both accurate. The finished job is exactly what I had hoped for, top quality.

Communications very timely, answered all questions, dealt with a few issues during installation with no fuss (blocked chimney, new chimney pot required) and very tidy. Delighted with new log burner and quality of installation. Would definitely recommend Dan and team.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Kate was great communicating via e-mail for the initial visit and subsequent quotes and booking in the job, and Dan is a great tradesman to work with; he turned up when he said he would, did exactly what was agreed, within the quoted timeframe and all whilst minimising disruption to our home. Top notch work and all cleaned up afterwards. We also have a fairly reactive dog and both Dan and his assistant were very mindful of this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone considering a multi-fuel/log burner.

Both tradesmen were courteous, did the job well and quietly (no radios blaring out!) and cleaned up so my living room was spotless afterwards, they even took away the huge cardboard box my new fireplace had arrived in. 100% happy with their work and the way they worked, and would recommend to anyone needing a fireplace.
