10 Excellent and prompt service - highly recommended

Had a boiler breakdown and some issues more generally with our CH system in December. Chris came out very promptly and got the boiler up and running in record time so we were still warm, then came back a couple of days later to change over a faulty TRV and bleed / fill the system. Chris at Snug Heating has 'saved' me on numerous occasions over the years, but he went way and above over Christmas 2025. I had no hot water and the immersion water heater was leaking on 23 December at about 9pm. I rang Chris and he was around at 8am Christmas Eve and fixed. Contacted Chris recently for the first time to do a boiler service and repair of the boiler. He ws able to attend within a few days. A spare part was ordered and fitted again very quickly.
