    Boiler service and repair

    Contacted Chris recently for the first time to do a boiler service and repair of the boiler. He ws able to attend within a few days. A spare part was ordered and fitted again very quickly. Excellent communication and service. Will definately be using Snug Heating again. Highly Recommend!

    Recently had a problem with the kitchen tap and Chris at Snug Heating was so helpful and responsive. He’s been servicing and looking after our boilers for many years and has always done a sterling job! I couldn’t recommend him enough.

    Great Work at a great price

    Many thanks to Chris at Snug Heating for carrying out work on our boiler and providing a Landlord's Certificate. Work was done in a tidy manner, communication was good and Chris arrived on time to undertake the work. Very high quality work, at very reasonable rates

    Boiler and Water System Upgrade – Excellent Service

    In February, we had our old gravity-fed water system upgraded to a high-pressure mains system, with a new Vaillant system boiler and unvented water cylinder. Chris and Tony were fantastic — knowledgeable, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They also cleaned and balanced the radiators, tidied up existing pipework, and made several courtesy calls afterwards to check everything was running smoothly. That kind of follow-up and attention to detail really stood out. I’ve used Snug Heating before for a boiler install at a previous property, so I knew the quality would be excellent.

    Repaired Central Heating controls

    Recently the heating controls for our boiler failed. It was not possible to turn the heating off. I contacted Snug. Chris arrived promptly, the same day. He diagnosed the problem, which required some replacement parts, that weren't available till the next day. He provided us with a cost for repair and did a work around so it no longer felt like we were living in Botswana! He returned the following day with the replacement parts and fixed the problem. The experience has been exceptional: prompt response, high quality work, fair and transparent pricing. I can't recommend Snug highly enough
