  I was very impressed with the overall service offered by SNC Property Maintenance. 1. Prompt communication prior to commencing work. Always good to receive early replies for work requests and clear information regarding the visit 2. Punctual attendance arriving well within the time period stated this is another positive feedback. 3. Very polite and informative regarding the task in hand giving a clear indication of the work carried out. 4. Work completed to a good standard 5.Helpful regarding the possibility of completing future projects.

  Simon gave us a quote and then proceeded to decorate a bedroom for us. He is a very friendly and helpful man and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were very happy with the work and it was completed exactly as originally specified. We are very pleased and would highly recommend him.

  We have used SNC several times now to paint both the inside and outside of our grade 2 listed buildings. Always professional, the work is consistently of a really high standard with both repairs to wood work and the actual painting of the buildings. I would definitely recommend them

  I can’t recommend these guys enough. Simon, Mitch and Ryan were lovely from start to finish, they replaced all rotten wood on my shop front, like for like, prepped really well and the finish of the paint was first class, they even cleaned all my signage before putting it back up, these little things mean a lot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars, I highly recommend these guys, would definitely use them again.😊
