Simon & Ryan have been excellent on both occasions that they have completed work for us. They are respectful and polite, carry the work out to a high standard, stick to their original quote, turn up when they say they will, complete the job in the anticipated time frame, and have awesome music taste. Whenever we need anything else doing, we will look forward to having Simon & Ryan back to our home!

I have previously had very disappointing experiences from past tradesmen, yet Simon and Ryan have restored my faith in humanity of quality tradesmen with an experience that showed this. From start to finish I couldn't fault the work ethic, the cummincation, the love and care that went into every aspect of the job to create what can only be described as a perfect job. They have transformed the ground floor from a house into a cosy home and I will welcome them back later in the year to complete the second phase of decorating the upstairs. You have a customer for life. Thankyou so much!

Poor quality of work. Doors and architraves were neither sanded nor primed, paint is already peeling and cracking. The painting itself was sloppy, with areas missed. The quote covered two decorators for five days, yet only one attended on one day, and I was asked to pay extra when they expected the job to overrun by one day. When I raised concerns, they were defensive and condescending, refusing responsibility. I’ll have to redo the work, replace paint I’ve already paid for, and despite a promise of a refund, I’ve received nothing. I would not recommend this company—£2,000 wasted.
