First class service. Simon arrived the same day as initial enquiry. Front door handle had developed fault and would not lock. Dismantled the mechanism, researched replacement and showed me the item in the catalogue to confirm price. Ordered part immediately and drove to Croydon to collect. Whole repair carried out in less than 2 hours. Even readjusted the front door itself which was slightly out of alignment! Brilliant communication throughout and a thoroughly nice man. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if needed.

Simon's communication was excellent & polite. He was able to see me within an hour of our initial contact, which was great. He completed the job expertly & identified a security risk with the lock installed by the original installers. He worked quickly and to a high standard. Additionally, Simon provided thorough aftercare information regarding replacement keys & outlined a security strategy to me in thencase I were to get locked out of my house... I had a fantastic experience & I would highly recommend his services.

We had a balcony door that was SO difficult to open that we had stopped bothering to use it. I finally organised myself to get it sorted out. I read all the good reviews on SMR Locksmiths page and went ahead and booked Simon, who responded quickly with a quote and comprehensive thoughts on the job. Communicated prior to coming out. Came on time and was very polite and informative. The door was out of alignment so he explained what he needed to do before carrying the work out and then got on with the job in-hand. We now have a suoer easy door to open and let in the sunshine. :-D

Simon sorted the alignment of the lock on our bifold doors and also serviced the lock. This is the second time Simon has helped us sort issues and all very straightforward again.
