  Deep kitchen clean

  Poor service. I requested a deep clean during the first week of moving into a property I had just purchased. The cleaner did not seem very experienced — the crevices of the oven and cabinets were still greasy, and they refused to use a ladder to clean the top cupboards. Overall it did not reflect a three-hour deep kitchen clean. The company offered a 15% discount and a re-clean. However, we expected a high standard from the outset and brand new kitchen appliances were arriving just days after the booking so the cleaning dates didn’t line up. We ended up doing a much better job ourselves

  Great service! Simon was punctual and very good at explaining the process. I would definitely request services again especially as he uses kite-marked and safety approved locks
