  Shaun was responsive, polite and reliable. He explained what was happening at each stage, gave a verbal quote so we knew what to expect and made an extra visit to ensure he knew exactly why was needed. He was clean and tidy when completing the work. I would highly recommend him.

  I called this company because the key had broken in my elderly mothers door when the decorator was trying to gain entry. The main reason I called was because the reviews were 10/10 on Checkatrade and I now know why. Shaun was instantly helpful and assured me he would be at the house within an hour which he was. He spent time trying to gain entry because the front door mechanism was faulty. He spent time trying to rectify the problem and then recommended a new mechanism as he wasn't sure the mechanism would work for much longer, I felt completely confident with his opinion .

  Not only prompt, efficient and professional but very pleasant and sensible. Shaun went above and beyond, including cutting a third key before leaving. Highly recommended.

  I’d wanted to update security of my front door & patio door . Shaun was extremely helpful & explained everything he’d need to do at a great price . He was able on the day to replace the handles & barrel on my door ,added a bolt to my patio door & the bonus being he was able to unlock our key safe so we’re able to use it . All the work was done to a high standard & was left clean . I’d definitely recommend.

  Locked myself out, so was looking for someone to get me back in quickly. Turned up at the property quickly and opened the door even faster. Utter pleasure to deal with, thank you.

  Replacement locks on first home

  I recently moved into my first home after purchasing a flat. Contacted Shaun prior to completion date and arranged for him to swap out both locks on my front door. Shaun turned up on time and was meticulous in swapping out the locks. He kept me informed of everything that needed doing and he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left, and that I was satisfied with this work. Shaun is excellent and his prices very competitive and I would highly recommend.
