Great respond time and great communication explaining what was required and additional problems, talking me through the repair. Replaced my front door lock and realigned the door. Tidied up afterwards. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Shaun was excellent from the moment I co tasted him to the last day of work being completed. Our bathroom window lock broke and Shaun came round to try and fix it. Be sure of the age of the window mechanism Shaun said he would have to see if he could get one or a generic version. And whilst doing the window I also had him look at my front door, as it wouldn’t open and close properly. Shaun went away and then contacted me and advised he could fix the window and sort the door for a very reasonable price. Shaun was polite, friendly and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend him.

Shaun came to repair a broken door handle. Communication was good before the visit. On completing fixing the handle there were problems with the door itself that he repaired for us and really going that extra mile explaining what problems we had. He also noticed our front door was out of alignment and rectified that for us aswell. Would definately use him again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you

Shaun changed the main locks for us when we moved house and has since refitted a couple more. He is very reliable and quick to respond. He goes above and beyond to explain options and solutions and then completes the job with skill and no stress. He will advise on more expensive resolutions only if needed and I truly believe he wants the best value outcome for each customer. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.
