10 Tv signal dropping out

On the day of the installation Carl arrived on time, surveyed the job and then explained what he thought would be most suitable for our needs, as work progressed he consulted us regarding cable routing and equipment placing etc. Once the installation was complete he tested everything to our satisfaction, tidied everything away and took away redundant equipment for disposal. Needed a new TV aerial, unfortunately we have ornate ridge tiles which would make the job more difficult. Carl offered us a solution and came a second time to do the work.
