    We were unable to start out Sky TV service

    Carl asked a few relevant questions, requested a photo. He diagnosed that the Sky system needed a reboot. He gave us a much simpler approach than the Sky App advice. It worked.

    New TV aerial

    Needed a new TV aerial, unfortunately we have ornate ridge tiles which would make the job more difficult. Carl offered us a solution and came a second time to do the work. Carl was good to his word, did the job, left everything clean and tidy. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend.

    Fix lost TV signal

    Carl arrived at the time agreed and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced a signal booster and sorted out the tv cabling very proficiently. Carl was knoweldgable and polite - highly recommeded

    Changed power supply for the aerial mast head

    Carl arrived on time and quickly worked out my problem and fixed it with a replacement held on his van. Couldn't have had better service. He was thorough in that he checked every telle in the house to ensure himself before leaving that everything worked. Thanks Carl.

    Analyse and fix Freeview reception issue

    Carl was quick to respond and attend to our reception issue over the tricky Christmas/New Year period. He was prompt and courteous when attending, and we had a useful chat about the relative merits of pointing the aerial towards Crystal Palace vs Sandy Heath. Although his fix didn't resolve our issue immediately, he kept in touch and we soon had everything working well again. Carl clearly knows his onions and cares about his work, and I would gladly recommend him.

    Removal of aerial

    Carl responded quickly to my request and arranged an appointment. On the day he rang to say he was on his way. When he arrived he discussed the problem and we agreed to remove the aerial as it wasn’t being used. Carl efficiently removed the aerial, cut it up for disposal and left the area tidy. Would use him again.
