We were recommended to use Smith Construction NE LTD from a family friend due to our extensive demands on our construction project. Phil provided us with a reasonable quote, pointed out some issues which would need attention in the future and completed all works in house from scaffolding to final site clearance. 10 Brick repointing / Repairs

Received three quotes as advised for some brick repointing and various repairs to my roof. Phil was the quickest to respond and by the far the most knowledgeable. I noticed I had some broken roof tiles. Phillip Smith carried out a timely repair to my roof at a reasonable price. He visited the house, travelled to get the right type of tiles, and completed the job within four hours.
