We were recommended to use Smith Construction NE LTD from a family friend due to our extensive demands on our construction project. Phil provided us with a reasonable quote, pointed out some issues which would need attention in the future and completed all works in house from scaffolding to final site clearance. Received three quotes as advised for some brick repointing and various repairs to my roof. Phil was the quickest to respond and by the far the most knowledgeable. Him and his team carried out the repairs quickly and were extremely polite and tidy. Would highly recommend!

I noticed I had some broken roof tiles. Phillip Smith carried out a timely repair to my roof at a reasonable price. He visited the house, travelled to get the right type of tiles, and completed the job within four hours. I am very satified with the result.
