  Thank you to Stan and his team for carrying out a great job on my loft conversion in a professional and competent manner. From start to finish everything went smoothly. They turned up on time every day and tidied up afterwards. I am delighted with the finished loft and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable tradesman who carries out his work to the highest standards with the needs of the customer always his main focus.

  Fantastic and reliable service

  Stan and his team were quick to respond, provided great communication throughout, were incredibly professional and reliable, and completed the work to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. My kitchen ceiling had water damage due to a leak coming from upstairs, and I am very glad that I chose Stan to fix the problem; I now have a brand new ceiling which looks fantastic and is exactly as discussed/promised. As someone who lives alone, having a reliable joiner who clearly communicates your options is invaluable. I’ll be using his services for any future work and would highly recommend.

  Side Extension

  We recently had Stanley Milligan, complete a side extension construction project for us in given time scale with no added costs than the given quotes. From the start to the finish of the work, Stanley & his team is professional, reliable and well organised. Communication was excellent-were kept fully informed on progress, the adjustments and answered our queries. He used standard quality materials and accommodated our preferences. He responds & attend even post completion of the work. We are fully satisfied & delighted with the outcome of the work. I will use & recommend his services. 5 star

  Large open plan kitchen -diner

  Stan done an amazing job , was here everyday until the project was finished , put our minds at rest about various aspects of the build especially the steelwork which we thought would’ve been a nightmare , but he sorted everything out in a professional manner , brickwork around our extension was built to a very high standard too , can’t recommend him and the boys highly enough , if you are looking for a honest reliable professional builder , Stan’s the man 👏👍

  Extension and internal conversion

  From start to finish, Stan and his staff carried out the extension and conversion to my house in the most professional and competent manner you could hope for. Having a building company carry out work like this is a huge stress and financial commitment, but I couldn't be happier with the results. If you plan to use this company's services, please don't think they should be honoured. Instead consider yourself fortunate and confident that the work will be done to the highest possible standard, with friendly reliable competence. I would be more than happy for any clients to inspect the work.

  Front side extension

  Stan and the all the others attached to this build were fantastic ,considerate and turned up when they said they would when building my side extension with downstairs toilet. Changes I made to sockets and light switches were no issue and additonal work of laying the flooring was undertaken.Stan went above and beyond to try and progress the movement of the gas pipe.At the end of the build all areas inside and out were cleaned up and I am so delighted with the end result. Highly recommend and already planning more work.
