Stanley and his team done an amazing job converting my garage into another room. He kept me updated throughout the process from coming out to see what I was looking for, arranging arcutecht for drawings and council planning. He came everyday early and they worked hard. He pulled together all the work and brought all the trades together (electrician, plumber, builders) perfectly to get the job completed quickly (under 2 weeks from work starting) He arranged all the materials etc. I highly recommend this company, all people on site complete professionals and the experience shows. 100% delight.

Loft conversion done by Stanley and the boys, now this loft was a mess and the transformation they have done is amazing, very professional and hard working, arrived on time each morning worked away without any bother cleaned up there mess each day, everything I had asked for Stanley made sure he got it done for me, so happy with the job. Stan and his team were quick to respond, provided great communication throughout, were incredibly professional and reliable, and completed the work to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. My kitchen ceiling had water damage due to a leak coming from upstairs, and I am very glad that I chose Stan to fix the problem; I now have a brand new ceiling which looks fantastic and is exactly as discussed/promised. As someone who lives alone, having a reliable joiner who clearly communicates your options is invaluable. I’ll be using his services for any future work and would highly recommend.

We recently had Stanley Milligan, complete a side extension construction project for us in given time scale with no added costs than the given quotes. From the start to the finish of the work, Stanley & his team is professional, reliable and well organised. Communication was excellent-were kept fully informed on progress, the adjustments and answered our queries. He used standard quality materials and accommodated our preferences. Stan done an amazing job , was here everyday until the project was finished , put our minds at rest about various aspects of the build especially the steelwork which we thought would’ve been a nightmare , but he sorted everything out in a professional manner , brickwork around our extension was built to a very high standard too , can’t recommend him and the boys highly enough , if you are looking for a honest reliable professional builder , Stan’s the man 👏👍
