9.75 Bathroom, kitchen -diner and downstairs cloakroom

We had a new bathroom created from combining a separate toilet and bathroom. S&M building solutions also created an open plan kitchen- diner by knocking down walls between the kitchen, dining and living room. They did an amazing job, within budget and in the agreed time frame. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone. Simba is highly skilled in all he does with excellent attention to detail. His work is of an excellent standard with perfect finishes. We have used him for several jobs in our home including replacing a cloakroom following a leak ant to replace a bathroom. He was able to address and solve several unexpected issues found as both jobs progressed and brought creative solutions to the use of the space and redesign. Recently had a refurbishment done by S & M, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail.
