We had a new bathroom created from combining a separate toilet and bathroom. S&M building solutions also created an open plan kitchen- diner by knocking down walls between the kitchen, dining and living room. They did an amazing job, within budget and in the agreed time frame. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone. They’re very professional and what I appreciated their advice and knowledge which resulted with us having a very nice and functional living space.

Simba is highly skilled in all he does with excellent attention to detail. His work is of an excellent standard with perfect finishes. We have used him for several jobs in our home including replacing a cloakroom following a leak ant to replace a bathroom. He was able to address and solve several unexpected issues found as both jobs progressed and brought creative solutions to the use of the space and redesign. He was always on time and left the area clean and tidy as work progressed. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Simba for any building or renovation work.
