My bathroom window had become jammed and I reached out to Darren who was very prompt in his responses and diagnosed the issue all through WhatsApp pics and videos. He provided a fair quote and I accepted. Darren arrived promptly to my property on the agreed date and time and completed the work with no fuss or mess. He also provided advice on how to avoid future issues which I really appreciated. It was a pleasure to deal with Darren and his company. Over the last 2 years Darren and the team have redone all my windows. Bay windows, french doors and regular windows. Him and his team have done a great job, and he brought new ideas to the table as to how I can save some of the character features surrounding the windows. We had all of the downstairs double glazing window units replaced, just the glass, retaining the original frames. From obtaining the quotation, which we considered a very fair price, to completing the task, it all went very well.
