My bathroom window had become jammed and I reached out to Darren who was very prompt in his responses and diagnosed the issue all through WhatsApp pics and videos. Over the last 2 years Darren and the team have redone all my windows. Bay windows, french doors and regular windows. Him and his team have done a great job, and he brought new ideas to the table as to how I can save some of the character features surrounding the windows. Would highly recommend him.

We had all of the downstairs double glazing window units replaced, just the glass, retaining the original frames. From obtaining the quotation, which we considered a very fair price, to completing the task, it all went very well. We will be using Smart windows, again later this year to replace the glass in the upstairs windows.
