From the initial enquiry until the completion of work today, it has been a pleasure to deal with Smart Windows. The work needed was explained thoroughly and there was no pressure. The estimate arrived promptly and was reasonable. At all times, Darren kept me updated on delivery times and when the work could be done. He, and George who worked together today, arrived on time, were extremely tidy and professional. I will definitely have Smart Windows back to do further work and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I had a misted door glass in the patio door, 13 handles on my windows, and 4 sets of hinges needed replacing, and the gasket around the front upvc door. They also serviced all the windows. Smart Windows were quick to respond to my enquiry, came out to quote, parts were ordered and work completed 2 weeks later as agreed. It was an easy process, work completed to a high standard and in a timely manner and they were very knowledgeable and approachable. Would definitely use them again in the future.
