  The electrician carried out the work with professionalism and kept me informed of all steps he was taking (it’s an old house - there’s always challenges when doing any work!). I am already planning on using Smart again for follow-on work.

  They reached out really quickly to arrange a free quote visit. Came over and were transparent about the best approach as well as pricing. Were incredibly polite and friendly and did a lot within a day

  The electrician that came round was honestly very kind and patient and polite, this was my first time ever using any online services. And I am very pleased with the work he carried out. He helped us put up cameras around our home and installed flood lights too. I’d definitely recommend 💯

  Wall socket chasing and installation

  The WhatsApp communication is great, however the installation itself was not ideal. I had external wall chasing and plugs which I wanted installed to be flush into the wall. The job was completed to a satisfactory level but was a poor finish. The old trunking casing against the external wall was re used with sticky tape still attached and cut jaggedly on corners for re use. There was quite the mess still left over with big chunks of plaster and brick scattered across the living room. The price was 30% more than other quotes so I expected better. They was also late and rebooked multiple times.
