They were superb from start to finish. They booked me in for the very next day, arrived exactly when promised, and worked efficiently—four ceiling lights fitted and two old units removed in under two hours. The engineer was polite, tidy, and clearly knowledgeable, explaining each step and leaving no mess behind. Reliable, transparent and highly professional—would recommend without hesitation.
