  Smart Stone installed cavity wall insulation at our church hall, Sandiway, Cheshire. From start to finish the project was handled in a very professional and friendly manner by people who are experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in their work. The initial survey was much more thorough than those undertaken by other contractors. The person who conducted the survey discovered details that others had not done and gave extremely helpful advice. The quotation was very competitive and the work was undertaken very efficiently by personnel flexible to our needs. Overall, we are extremely satisfied!

  From start to finish everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. From phone conversations, and emails, through to visits by the surveyor and the work done by the installers, we were really impressed. We felt very confident in their ability to know what we needed and to do a good job. When there was a slight issue post installation, they were quick to send someone out to do remedial work, with no need to chase them. Overall we would definitely recommend them to other clients. The work done has already made a huge difference to the warmth of our home.

  Partial cavity wall extraction and insulation

  Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Had a very thorough survey completed of the insulation and brilliantly explained my options, providing full quotes for each possibility. Installation itself was great. The guys were very polite and friendly and explained everything they were doing. They also tidied up after themselves brilliantly. Could not fault the service at all. Would highly recommend

  Cavity wall filling and loft insulation

  Absolutely fantastic, from the booking of our consultation appointment, the initial inspection, the cavity and loft installation and the thorough final cleaning. I cannot recommend them enough. Most things went to plan, but when they didn’t they were promptly rectified and replaced with a new plan, nothing was too much trouble. The Loft insulation team were just amazing and tackled an extremely tricky shaped roof in a very large old house superbly. So a massive thanks to Chris, Josh, Liam and Sunny who were perfectionists, they are a credit to this company and organisation - give them a bonus!
