I would like to thank everyone I spoke to in the office as they where very helpful . The two men that did the work kept me informed as to what was happening and they where very tidy and polite. I would recommend the company.

Absolutely fantastic, from the booking of our consultation appointment, the initial inspection, the cavity and loft installation and the thorough final cleaning. I cannot recommend them enough. Most things went to plan, but when they didn’t they were promptly rectified and replaced with a new plan, nothing was too much trouble. The Loft insulation team were just amazing and tackled an extremely tricky shaped roof in a very large old house superbly. So a massive thanks to Chris, Josh, Liam and Sunny who were perfectionists, they are a credit to this company and organisation - give them a bonus!

Two man crew arrived motivated and on time, and proceeded to carry out a confirmation plan with me so that I understood the nature of all the work that was to be carried out, which I thought was very professional. Carpets were covered where appropriate and the insulation work was completed in a day, with some additional ventilation work done afterwards. Overall a spotlessly clean and tidy job, well happy with the quality of workmanship and highly recommended. Top job :-)

Excellent communication, kept informed every step of the process by the office and the fellas doing the installation. Not an easy job, old Victorian terrace, idiosyncratic and throws up challenges (and a lot of dust, grime and rubble, which can't be avoided!!) Karl, Reece and Liam were very personable and helpful, worked like Trojans, as were the the electricians who checked the extractor fans were working properly (happily making a second visit to sort out a simple wiring problem). I was prepared for the upheaval and remedial decorating, very happy with the service and company.
