  Brandon has a skilled team that works quickly and apparently to a high standard (time will tell). They completed an EPDM re-roofing of a tricky flat roof and replaced the lead flashing on two chimneys in a single day and it all looks fine. A pity it took four weeks for the scaffolding to be removed!

  A team of 5 carried out the removal of an entire roof, re-felted, battened and re-tiled within 2 days! Amazing! All debris removed in a skip. We would highly recommend Brandon’s team.

  Our roof was leaking, especially round the chimney stack, and tired- beyond repair. We accepted Brando's quote and the job was done inside a week! In fact the whole roof, (of our detached four bedroom house) was taken off and replaced within a day. This included removing solar panels from one elevation, replacing the whole array and recommissioning. We were so impressed that we had the attached garage done as well. Brandon's whole team was efficient, tidy and courteous, (no loud radios), and returned to clean-up and make sure all was well. Highly recommended!

  emergency roofing repair turned into full roof replacement.

  Brandon and his team fitted us in quickly for a roof replacement, work starting within a week and completed in just over a week, which given the weather was impressive. Work looks to be high standard and the teams worked to the weather well, ensuring the roof was always watertight before rain came through.

  Roof and flat roof replaced

  Whole roof felt replaced and rubber flat roof and boards replaced. Brandon and his team were exceptionally helpful, informative and kept me informed about what they were doing throughout. Very professional. They worked exceptionally hard even though the weather was not on their side at times.   Slate roof

  Brandon at Smart Solutions Roofing was extremely polite and professional throughout the whole job. He re-felted ,re-battened and Fresh slate on our slate roof to a very high standard. There were no pushy sales tactics at all—he took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us plenty of options so we could choose what worked best for us.
