  Seems a bit unreliable to be honest

  I asked for a quote for either a new roof or a repair and Brandon contacted me saying he could quote (within +/- £1k) from photos so I sent 4 photos back via email on 12th May. I then sent another email chasing the quote on 22nd May as I'd heard nothing back. It's now 28th May I haven't heard anything from them :-( I get it, lots of good companies are really busy, but manners and decent communication cost nothing, if you don't want the business or if you can't fit me in at the moment because of whatever reason I don't think that an email or a phone call is too much to ask for.

  Failed to show on 2 separate dates, with no excuses or explanation until chased.

  Hi Wayne we did reach out to to contact you and explain that we would be starting a week later due to having more work on the current jobs before you as we can’t leave roofs open to weather come to do a roof clean as open roofs come as a priority for us

  Great job done renewing roof. Several quotes provided to enable us to make right decision. No pressure, good explanations of what was needed. Kept informed of work with photos. Cleaned up really well and kept work place tidy. Would recommend to others. Thank you Brandon and team.

  Great communication and explanation of what was needed. Provided 3 no pressure quotes to enable us to make the right decision for us. We weren't in a hurry for the work but worked well once started. Kept us informed and sent photos when any problems were identified.

  Roof repair

  Spoke with Brandon on the phone regarding an emergency roof repair and he came out the same day to assess the situation. Going on from that he gave me a quote what was a reasonable price and booked in the work. When Brandon and his lads came to fix my roof they done everything with. Professional manner and there work was to a very high standard. Thank you boys for what you did will deffo recommend you to many others
