Requested a quote for someone to price up my garage and porch roof which needs doing. Booked appointment the first time, never showed up, no phone call nothing. Followed up and made a second appointment. Failed to show up again. Same as before, no call nothing. They then followed up with me. Sorry two no shows without any call or explanation does not look good. I wish them all the best for the future.

Needed a new roof installed they was very quick and reliable did everything up to standard they was very polite and there work was outstanding would definitely use them again

I asked for a quote for either a new roof or a repair and Brandon contacted me saying he could quote (within +/- £1k) from photos so I sent 4 photos back via email on 12th May. I then sent another email chasing the quote on 22nd May as I'd heard nothing back. It's now 28th May I haven't heard anything from them :-( I get it, lots of good companies are really busy, but manners and decent communication cost nothing, if you don't want the business or if you can't fit me in at the moment because of whatever reason I don't think that an email or a phone call is too much to ask for.
