  Roof windows

  He was quick to ring to arrange to view the existing windows. He came 2 days later, and I rang him back after a think. He gave a price and said it included blinds. I asked what the options were regarding hinges, gas filling, tinting, etc and he said he'd send pictures and prices in the morning. It was two days before he sent one (not close up) picture of a random window he'd done - no options with prices - after having arranged scaffolding. I asked what make the windows were, he confirmed Velux, but after fitting, turned out they weren't. He also didn't fit blinds, had to buy and fit myself.

  Hi Richard, we knocked the price of the blinds off the final bill and we also said we would fit them when you had selected the right blinds for you. We also plastered the inside of the windows free of charge which we didn’t include in the price.

  Fantastic service!! Contacted the last Friday before Christmas, Henry came out on Monday, even though they had finished work for the Christmas period, and explained to my wife what work needed to be carried out and that as it was urgent they would return in the morning. They arrived early and carried out the work professionally and cleanly. Would highly recommend them
