  What a great team

  Steve was great and very knowledgeable regarding my damp issue , his guys were top draw , very methodical done everything they had quoted for to the letter and cleaned up superbly , left the house like they had never been there . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone , very pleased with the job and the service end to end .

  Damp proofing

  Can highly recommend Smart Property Care. Team spent week rectifying damp problems in dining room which included replacing joists & entire floor as well as injecting, tanking & plastering. Outside they created a French drain & fixed issues with air brick. They removed all rubbish & the work came with a 10 year guarantee. Communication from Steve was excellent & felt at ease by clear explanation of what needed to be done. Quote was competitive & invoiced exactly as quoted. Jay and Luke were brilliant- hardworking, tidy, helpful, polite and punctual. A great team who take pride in their work.

  Recommended. Work was carried out efficiently and well by a couple of charming guys who worked hard and effectively and braved the rain for the external work. When a problem was found the lead guy came out and it was quickly addressed. I trusted their assessments and their work. Top men!

  Damp proofing to external & internal walls, removing & replacing plasterwork.

  Quote was sent in a timely manner via email and it stated exactly what was required and how much it would cost. At the end of the day that’s what you want. Once a date had been arranged all proceeded as we had been informed. Clear explanation of work required and carried out with professionalism and courtesy. Luke & Jay were very polite & courteous and kept the inevitable disruption to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Channel drain installation

  From Steve's thorough survey to Jay and Luke's installation, I was very happy with the work carried out by Smart Property Care. It took three days to dig up the patio, drill through the concrete floor in the garage, and fit the drains. The guys arrived on time each morning and did an excellent job – even during the cold spells and torrential rain. They were so friendly and polite, too, which is (sadly) a rarity these days. It didn't go unnoticed! Anyway. TL;DR: We're very pleased and will absolutely get back in touch when we need additional damp proofing done! 😊

  Damp Treatment

  Damp treatment to entire ground floor was a big job, every wall taken back to brick, treated, tanked, injected, rendered and re-plastered. Jay, Mike and Luke were excellent. Very proficient, cleaned up every day and were good company minimising the inevitable disruption as best they could. Very happy with the finished job, in fact so pleased I had them back a few weeks later to replace a ceiling… Highly recommended
