The company had repaired the damaged timber caused by the damp/dry rot and treated the rot and resolved the caused .The team were hardworking,trustworthy,polite and easy to talk to. This is the second time that I have used the services offered by Smart Property Care. Both jobs involved the repair and damp proofing of a side of my house. (I got one wall done at a time, to spread the cost). Some previous occupant had made mistakes when rendering the walls, leading to persistent problems with Damp. The technicians from Smart repaired the faulty Render and injected an additional Damp Proof Course to effect a permanent fix.
