Steve and his team painted the outside of our house. It needed weather proofing, repairing (windows and plaster work) and generally smartening up. Steve provided a clear quote and a good price. Scaffolding was included in the price and separately itemised. Steve's team (Luke, Mark, Jay) were professional, expert and polite. They turned up promptly each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and to a high quality. We are delighted with the result and cannot recommend Smart Property Care Ltd too highly.
