  Clear communication throughout

  Josh clearly communicated the problem we had and the work needed to rectify it. I felt like he took into account our concerns and helped us come to a decision that worked for us. Throughout the work it was clear what was being done and he communicated well with images & videos - he identified extra works that would be beneficial to do whilst the original works were being completed, but we didn't feel pressured to do them.

  Leaking roof resolved and repaired

  Josh was brilliant. We had water coming in above our window, we’d already had the gutters cleaned and checked so needed someone to assess the roof and undertake the required repairs. Josh was really speedy to reply all the time, he was really honest with us. We really appreciated that he showed us videos of what the actual problem with our roof was - we just felt he was really authentic throughout the process so we were confident with what was happening. Would absolutely recommend Josh!

  Would recommend to anybody

  We had Josh round to try to find the source of a leak. We felt really at ease with all of the work that was recommended on what was a particularly old and uncared for roof. Super professional, knowledgable, confident and kept us updated at every stage. I've said to multiple people that he was the most thorough person we've had round to fix the issue - more than happy to get into the lofts and take a proper look. Really reasonable with his quotes and suggestions, smooth process overall and just an all round great person to deal with

  Amazing Service

  I had a leak in the house just before Christmas and Josh was more than happy to visit with very short notice to quickly identify the issue as well as a fix. Josh was excellent at communicating with us through providing videos and images of the problem and also was able to provide a temporary fix over the Christmas Holidays. Shortly after - Josh arrived to smash out a 2-3 day job himself in one. I couldn't recommend anyone else for Roofing problems or issues! Thank you so much for your help!
