  Fast response. Excellent communication. Sends videos of the works as it progresses. Knowledgeable. Quote was not cheapest but based on his communication and professionalism I was happy to work with him. Highly recommend.

  Josh from SmartFix was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The work needed to be done as an emergency and he arranged this quickly. He completed the work to an exceptionally high standard, keeping me updated throughout. Communication, quality of work and effectively were amazing. I would highly recommend SmartFix! Thanks so much

  Roof repair, I will be using them again in the future

  I had water coming into my bedroom from a leak. I called Smartfix. They come out and give me a free survey and gave me a quotation to get the roof repaired. I did get multiple quotes. Smartfix weren’t the cheapest but they’re very polite and answered every question and worry I had so glad I went with Smartfix. Highly recommend them.

  The Smartfix team is very helpful and polite. They keep you up-to-date with everything that’s going on like I did with Me. I’d highly recommend using them. They do not cut corners. They get the job done right and within good timing. Highly recommend.

  Outstanding and polite if you’re gonna use a roofer, you Smartfix

  Smartfix come round and gave me a roof survey as I requested one as we have leaks in our roof. It turned out to be. There was no cement work on my ridges so they gave me the option of either concrete or dry ridge system. I went ahead with a dry system and I’ve had no problem since we’ve had heavy rain.   Highly recommend Smartfix they came out and gave me such a reasonable price I’m so polite and helpful. I went ahead with the job and I had no doubt while they’re doing the work gave me a step-by-step photograph evidence. Highly recommend Smartfix property solutions. You can’t go wrong with these guys.
