Surveyed the job out of hours, quote within a day, scaffolding next day, job completed, scaffolding gone… even a video to show works performed. Invoice prompt. Absolutely superb service. Even a cheerful demeanour thrown in FOC! Would recommend strongly.

Highly recommend very helpful and polite team

Had the SmartFix team out to help locate a leak on my roof during the recent bad weather, very quick to locate the issue and provide a detailed plan to get it sorted! They replaced our felt as it had failed, they started very quickly and the work is too a very high standard! Really appreciate your help!

Josh clearly communicated the problem we had and the work needed to rectify it. I felt like he took into account our concerns and helped us come to a decision that worked for us. Throughout the work it was clear what was being done and he communicated well with images & videos - he identified extra works that would be beneficial to do whilst the original works were being completed, but we didn't feel pressured to do them.
