  Misleading and Unethical

  I contacted this company for a free estimate to diagnose a noise from our fuse box, clearly stating I only wanted a quote. The electrician arrived, fiddled with the fuse box without consent or explaining what they were doing, then charged £144 for a 15-minute visit, despite no prior mention of fees. When I questioned it, he argued and demanded payment which made me feel very uncomfortable. He later quoted £1,000 for repairs, offering a “discount” as the only solution. The issue remains unresolved. This felt like a bait-and-switch, unethical, unprofessional, and misleading. Avoid this company.

  Client was awer of charges at all time. We carried on investigation not estimate based on client permision. We found several loose connections in the fusebox and also not in order issue. Electrical installation needed EICR and fusbox change was required.
