Absolutely incredible work: polite, professional, quick & tidy. Highly recommended

I contacted this company for a free estimate to diagnose a noise from our fuse box, clearly stating I only wanted a quote. The electrician arrived, fiddled with the fuse box without consent or explaining what they were doing, then charged £144 for a 15-minute visit, despite no prior mention of fees. When I questioned it, he argued and demanded payment which made me feel very uncomfortable. He later quoted £1,000 for repairs, offering a “discount” as the only solution. The issue remains unresolved. This felt like a bait-and-switch, unethical, unprofessional, and misleading. Avoid this company.

Excellent service for Matt. He fitted us in at short notice and communicated well. Socket installed and room left tidy and clean.
