Smart Drainz came out to us on a bank holiday Monday with no questions asked. We were told he’d be with us by 10 am, not only was he prompt he had finished the job before 10am. This isn’t the first time Chris has been to the address on an emergency, he was more than happy to help and was quick and efficient. Communication was fantastic, letting us know what was going to happen and what the outcome would be. We would highly recommend Smart Drainz, Chris is always friendly, reliable and provided an exceptional service.

Fantastic company came out super fast and sorted out the problem. Super friendly and helpful chap. Very reasonably priced. Cleaned up after himself and made sure we were happy with the work carried out. Would highly recommend this very professional company for all your drainage needs.

Jack arrived dead on 0830 as promised! At first I was a bit sceptical as to the way things were going but although the Blockage was cleared there were other problems that could not of been seen without the camera !!! A broken and dropped sewer pipe. The job was quite a big one so needed a second day to sort it out !! I must say that Jake and Ryan were absolutely delightful lads who worked all day sorting it all out very professional guys. Now have a fully working sewer pipe with a new Inspection cover!! Well done lads very much appreciated 👏🏻👏🏻
