I recently had the follow-up drainage work completed by Cody and his colleague (think his name was Andy—so sorry if not!), and they were exceptional. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, professional, and worked so efficiently that they finished an hour ahead of schedule. Once finished, they walked me through everything they had done and clearly explained all the improvements made to give me total peace of mind in my new place. They left the area spotless and offered top-quality customer service from start to finish. Poppy was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend!

Previous evening we had noticed the outside kitchen drain cover overflowing. Phoned early next morning, company sent an engineer the same morning and Cody was able to identify the problem, power jet out the obstruction and got the flow working properly again. All very quick & efficient - just what one wants!

Highly recommend! A national franchise quoted an astronomical price, but Chris gave a second opinion and found the real issue: a leaking gully under our floor causing our drain fly problem. He fixed the leak, neatly made good the floor, and built an access hatch. Accidentally dislodged a garage power cable but immediately hired an electrician to fix it the same day at his own expense. Chris solved our nightmare, fixed the root cause and saved us over £3,000 compared to the franchise quote. Honest, highly professional, and amazing value. Will definitely use again.

I was visited today by Cody and Dave from Smart Drainz after reporting my blocked drain in the front garden. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Cody explained the process of unblocking the drain at each step to me and gave me a detailed explanation of remedial work that would need to be done in the future. I contacted Smart Drainz after a blocked kitchen gully was causing horrible smells in the kitchen and even affecting the toilet. The team quickly identified the problem, unblocked and jetted the pipework, then relined a damaged section to prevent any future issues. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. We'd been getting standing water in the garden after heavy rain, so asked Smart Drainz to come and assess the surface water drainage while conditions were dry. Gavin in the office was knowledgeable and easy to deal with, arranging everything exactly as promised. The visit was thorough, all of our questions were answered and we never felt under any pressure.
