10 In great hands - excellent from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Sent over a video to show what needed moving. From this we received a quote from the office by return. Quick, clear communications via email. On the day, the team at Smart Removals turned up nice and early as arranged. They were very friendly, tidy, and loaded the van very quickly (even with 6 flights of stairs and no lift!). Same, quality and friendly service at the other end even after a 2-3 hour journey! Would highly recommend Smart Carriers to anyone needing this type of service. An unusual one as this was a partial house clearance organised from a distance; I needed the right things collected from my late parents' house and brought to me, but without me being there . Needed attention to detail and that's what happened. Quote done by photos to be sure it was correct. On the day, Dave video called me again for a 'tour' of the house to double check that nothing had been missed. Delivery arrived as promised, all carefully wrapped and even labelled so I know what is in each box. Movers were friendly and cheerful despite a long day. We can’t praise Smart Carriers enough. David provided a fast and competitive quote, didn’t hassle us for a response and on moving day their team provided an excellent service.
