We moved house on 31 October 2025 and selected Smart Carriers after some online research. David (the owner) came to do the survey himself. I thought he was professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. Due to some delays exchanging we were actually only able to book the move in on 26th October but David had kindly held the date for us and I’d been keeping him and Demi updated. The day before the move the Smart Carriers team came and loaded up 60-70% of our house. The team were great, polite, professional and took great care with our belongings and putting down protective matting through our hous

We chose Smart as they inspired confidence right from the start. We opted for the full packing service which was worth every penny with Dave and the team at Smart carefully packing all our items. On the moving day itself, everything went very smoothly. We love that SMART recycle their cardboard boxes. Well done to all at SMART.

We were very pleased with Smart Carriers Ltd - they did everything they said they would from the outset. Dave did a great job of calculating the size of lorry, almost everything was packed up the day before our move, the guys arrived early and worked so hard. Then they arrived promptly on move day to pack the last items. Josh and team worked very hard unpacking and putting things where we wanted them and everything was off the lorry the same day. They couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend Smarts to anyone making a move. Thank you guys!

I've moved quite many times in the past few years but have never received such great service as provided by Smart Carriers. Very professional, as per the commitment and most importantly, very reasonably priced

From the initial consultation with David, to arranging the dates with Demi. The chaps picking up the furniture and then returning it, with no issues twelve weeks later. Arrived on the dates and times we arranged. Excellent service throughout, would definitely use again.
