Great engineer, polite and helpful, knew what he was doing.

Written on behalf of my parents who had an intruder alarm installed. From initial enquiry to installation of the alarm system the communication has been excellent. Very professional and friendly. All questions answered with full and easily understood explanations. Very satisfied with service and price.

Smart and Secure Homes Ltd installed CCTV and an alarm at my home and the service was excellent. The engineers were punctual, polite, and explained everything clearly, including how to use the systems on our phone. They were very respectful of our dog, always closing doors behind them, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Great communication throughout and a seamless experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable home security.

Smart and Secure contacted us within a day of our request to replace a door bell/camera and monitor station. Simon visited and checked the current (broken) system, identified a suitable replacement and gave an acceptable price. Work was agreed for 2 weeks later, Simon arrived as arranged and fitted our new system. No drama, no fuss. System now working to our satisfaction. Simon also replaced the sensor for an outside security light. Thank you Simon and Smart and Secure.

i have now contracts with the named firm to provide and install a burglar alarm and also to provide and install cctv's on my property. work is not yet carried out yet. i found smart and secure homes ltd very polite and none pressurising, i found their contract to be very fair and just. i found Mr Talbot to be knowledgeable and easy to talk to, after giving me all the information he left it for me to decide and that's what i liked and was the decider. work is to begin shortly.

Our current cctv system had stopped recording and I wanted one of the existing external cameras repositioning plus a new one focusing on the front of the property. Additional video/audio cameras were also installed internally. All the work was carried out to an excellent standard and within a reasonable time.
