  you can engage safe way (uk) roofing ltd. if you want to have your emergency work done but they are very expensive.

  security - intruder alarm and cctv

  i have now contracts with the named firm to provide and install a burglar alarm and also to provide and install cctv's on my property. work is not yet carried out yet. i found smart and secure homes ltd very polite and none pressurising, i found their contract to be very fair and just. i found Mr Talbot to be knowledgeable and easy to talk to, after giving me all the information he left it for me to decide and that's what i liked and was the decider. work is to begin shortly.

  Damp investigation

  I found prime damp proofing very frindly and knowledgeable and very quick to identify the problem and diagnostics. Mr. Will coombs was very through in explanations as to what was happening, in a understandable language. Yes I would recommend them.

  Asbestos testing

  I arranged an appointment with LJ ANDERSON FACILITIES LTD after giving a reasonable quote they came a few days later and took asbestos testing sample and a few days later came with negative results and I paid over the agreed some of money. Throughout dealing with me they were Curtis, polite and knowledgeable and put me at ease with dealing with them. Yes would recommend them.

  Mr anderson was polite throughout our conversations from our first contact to appointment for the collection of sample, I not have had the sample done yet but the appointment has been arranged. He was reassuring voice at the end of the phone and I am sure he knows what he is doing. I have confidence in him.

  1 fix electrical ltd, they carried out work neatly, that is the actual fitting etc. But I have to say they are very expensive, and they charged me more than what they quoted when they sent me the invoice. But I can't help saying that they knew how to act while in my house and that mattered to me. The work that they carried out at my home I cannot faulter although I am not a electrician.
