Steve came promptly to have an initial look at the job and when he came back to fix the issue he identified a leak in our cistern and fixed this also. he also helped me find our stopcock tap as the previous owners of our house had cunningly hidden it. The work was carried out quickly and well and we have been charged a reasonable price. Steve could have turned up, fixed the leak and then headed into the sunset but that wouldn’t have been good enough for him. Instead he advised replacing the dodgy length of pipe so we didn’t have future leaks. This was way more difficult but actually a proper fix. True professional. Coffee and the promise of a sausage roll kept Steve motivated but I’m quite sure he would have done a great job anyway.
