  Gets the job done with minimum fuss

  Steve is a 'proper plumber'. He has done a couple of jobs for me so far, including fixing a stubborn shower leak and replacing bathroom taps. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced, he overcame a few 'tricky challenges' with my set up - and he did everything with a positive attitude and was happy to answer any questions I had. He will continue to be my go to' for all watery matters as I trust him to get the job done with minimum fuss.

  Bad water leak

  Brendan came out, as an emergency plumber, on New Year's Day. I tried a couple of people on CheckaTrade and they wouldn't come out - thanks Brendan for doing that! A tricky job with a broken pipe behind a bathroom (tiled) wall. He was very methodical in assessing how to sort out the issue but at the same time trying to minimise damage to the bathroom. It took quite a while but the issue was sorted out and I had water running again in the house pretty quickly.

  The job was somewhat difficult to be sure about at the start, it wasn't clear what needed to be done until the work was started. Oliver was very helpful, flexible and indeed very patient in getting the job done to my satisfaction. A lot of work, done quickly - and with a smile! Thanks, I will use this company again.
