10 Pitch Roofing Repair

Had a leak in my roof and couldn’t see where the water was coming in from. Sam was able to come out on short notice and do a temporary repair to stop the water whilst we arragnged for the necessary work to be carried out. He explained everything to me, gave me different options and the time to choose what worked best for me. First to respond, reasonable quote and understanding of job, communicated well, arrived sooner than expected, completed job in an afternoon while I was off-site, and advised about follow-up work with photos. Sam responded very promptly when I asked for the work to be done and did it straight away. He has a great deal of experience despite his youth ( family business) and explains things very clearly.
