First to respond, reasonable quote and understanding of job, communicated well, arrived sooner than expected, completed job in an afternoon while I was off-site, and advised about follow-up work with photos. Could have been better by not leaving three cigarette butts on driveway for client to find and dispose of.

Sam responded very promptly when I asked for the work to be done and did it straight away. He has a great deal of experience despite his youth ( family business) and explains things very clearly. He is trustworthy and helpful. Highly recommend.

The gutter cleaner said a tile needed replacing but they said it was fine and didn't charge me for coming out to check.

We had some cement falling out of are ridges and knew the best system to go for was a new dry ridge . From initial contact to completion, excellent service, communication and updates at regular intervals including photos. Always polite and the job explained very well. Timing always within half a hour of agreed time. My roof repair took two days. I couldn't fault the team, I would certainly recommend them and extremely satisfied with the work.

Sam was kind and friendly, if you’re looking for an honest person that you can trust you’ve found him. He really helped me out, reassured me that it wasn’t going to cost me hundreds and got back to me quickly to fix it.
