Accidentally locked myself out of my flat early in the morning before heading off to work. Despite the hour, I got a call back directly and a visit was arranged for within a couple of hours. We needed some repairs to our front and back doors, plus bedroom window handle/lock. Dan provided great communication from the moment we enquired, leading up to the appointment, and during his time completing the tasks. Information given on likely causes for the need of repairs, plus how this could be avoided in future. Options given on repair options available, and up front on what could be done without ramping costs up unnecessarily.
