Dan provided great communication from the moment we enquired, leading up to the appointment, and during his time completing the tasks. Information given on likely causes for the need of repairs, plus how this could be avoided in future. Options given on repair options available, and up front on what could be done without ramping costs up unnecessarily. Overall, really happy with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch again if needed.
