Emergency call out for broken down central heating

Fast response to my emergency call for help to assess the central heating and hot water failure on a very cold day. Attended the house when agreed and quickly diagnosed the issue and proposed a solution. Estimate provided as verbally described. Went above and beyond to return later that evening with the parts and spent two hours fixing things to leave us with heating again. 10/10

Oil-fired boiler fixed quickly, economically and politely

Our oil-fired boiler stopped working. Yiannis came out at short notice and performed a service (at a discount) as well as providing an initial fix. He also spotted that our immersion system had been left entirely disconnected by a previous engineer (!!!!) and fixed that. When he realised that our boiler had a defective component, he returned, on a separate date with a reconditioned part and installed it at no extra cost. We've struggled for years to find a reliable engineer for our boiler and I think we've finally found him.
