Oil-fired boiler fixed quickly, economically and politely

Our oil-fired boiler stopped working. Yiannis came out at short notice and performed a service (at a discount) as well as providing an initial fix. He also spotted that our immersion system had been left entirely disconnected by a previous engineer (!!!!) and fixed that. When he realised that our boiler had a defective component, he returned, on a separate date with a reconditioned part and installed it at no extra cost. We've struggled for years to find a reliable engineer for our boiler and I think we've finally found him.

Quick response, no nonsense straight to the point. Call out quotation sent. Was able to come same day, diagnose problem, return within a few days to repair as well as service the boiler. Invoice sent promptly. All very professional, and a very nice man.
