Genuinely, Yiannis is probably the nicest tradesperson I’ve ever used! Prompt, communicative, friendly and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

This is a very late review... Yiannis was very friendly and professional, he responded within minutes of my inquiry about an annual boiler inspection and set a time for an appointment very quickly. He even came out on a Sunday! He arrived promptly and completed the service and answered my questions about my thermostat. He also checked my gas meter outside that I hadn't been able to get a reading from so that I could confidently tell the gas company that they would have to come fix it. I will certainly book Yiannis again for my next service and recommend him highly.
