Replaced the whole toilet in upstairs bathroom, replaced the internal flush mechanism of the downstairs bathroom. Was clean and tidy. arrived on time and fully communicated the work being done. He was friendly too.

Danny was prompt with all correspondence. He arrived for the job on time, was courteous and performed the job to a very high standard. There was transparency in supply costs and in the breakdown of his fees. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him : he was thorough and professional throughout.

Danny did a brilliant job installing kickspace heaters in our kitchen. I found him to professional, on-time, and with none of the messing about you (unfortunately!) get so often. Thoroughly recommend!

Steve has carried out two jobs for us, both involving leaks and therefore both fairly urgent. On both occasions he fitted us into his schedule as soon as possible and in the meantime provided useful advice over the phone to enable us to contain the situation. Each time he arrived as promised, carried out the work promptly and well all the time putting up with probably dumb questions with patience and good humour. During the second job, replacing a hot water cylinder, he dealt efficiently with whatever snags the forty year old system threw up leaving us with a far more efficient piece of kit.
