  Did exactly what was asked and promised

  I engaged Dan to repair two cisterns and tighten a loose kitchen tap. He turned up to quote as promised explaining what was needed and advised that his quote for parts may change when he found the issues. Carried out the repairs when he said with the kitchen tap being awkward as it meant removing my sink, fixing the tap and replacing/resealing the sink. All completed within the day and throughout he explained what he was doing and why. Cost of parts was not much diffrent from his quote. Cleared all his rubbish and left everything tidy before checking everything. A nice chap too!

  Ridge tile replacement after storm

  Michael came to quote when he said he would, discussed the options. He and his team came when promised, did what they said they would and charged what he quoted. He also did an unrelated "favour" for me which while it was only a simple job, was one I was dreading - so really appreciated. Also examined remaining ridge tiles and gave me a report. When these need redoing, I'd have no hesitation in engaging StormPro again. Very friendly and pleasant set of guys too!

  Repairs to plaster in conservatory

  This was only a small job, to repair the edging and plaster which had been damaged by water causing rust and flaking plaster. James from Prominent was quick to get in touch, providing a quote based on my photographs. Although my job wasn't urgent, he was able to fit me in one evening at short notice having explained exactly what the work entailed. James contacted me before arriving, arrived on time and did exactly what he promised at the price quoted. Everything left clean and tidy before departing and gave advice on how to prepare for painting. Very satisfied, should have got him in sooner !!
