Craig and his assistant (didn't catch his name) were both excellent. Unfortunately the plug was badly stuck but they managed to release it, replace it with a new one , chat about possibilities if Aga finally packs up (which we think it may have done as thermostat doesn't appear to be working now and they cannot be rpelaced) , relit the Aga and left the area very clean and tidy. Craig knows so much about solid fuel Agas and there are very few such experts in the South East. Our engineer arrived on time and was cheerful and polite throughout his visit. Because our boiler is in the kitchen and we were having breakfast, the engineer always kept us informed of what he was doing and asked whenever he needed to use the hoover. The boiler service was fully professional and he left the place neat and tidy. He also asked whether there was anything else he could do before he left: we had a small problem with a radiator valve which he sorted out. We pride ourselves in quality workmanship and customer service covering Sussex and kent.
Our installations include:
Gas: Natural and Lpg and small commercial. We are Worcester Bosh, Glowworm and Alpha accredited installers offering warranties up to 13 Years
Oil. We are Grant and Worcester Bosh accredited installers offering 10 year warranty.
Wood burning stoves: including linked fuel systems, chimney lining etc. We are dealers for Aga, Termatech, Arada, and Dean Forgeand Hunter stoves.
We supply and fit stone hearths supplied by Sussex stone and ceramic.
Air source heat pumps: We install and service and can offer the Government grant scheme.
Wood pellet Stoves: We can supply and fit the MCZ range of stoves.
Bathrooms: We offer a complete design and installation service
Servicing - All makes of oil and gas boilers. We have a dedicated service team of 6 Engineers and office staff.
Rayburn. We are the official Rayburn dealer for this area and independent Aga dealers.
Everhot: We supply Everhot heat store Electric cookers and have regular cooking demonstrations.
