  Superb service, as usual

  We called Feist's because our boiler stopped working. They came within 24 hours, their engineer was polite, professional and very competent. They diagnosed the fault, fixed the problem, tidied up afterwards, and then sent a detailed breakdown of the fault & the work completed, including photos.

  I have used SJ Feist for many years servicing my solid fuel Rayburn. This time, however, it was very major repair work. The engineers involved were as polite, helpful and kind as always, despite having to work in a very small cottage during the last heatwave, making it even more difficult for them. Even the friendly and helpful office manager of these engineers kindly sorted out an unexpected problem found by them and re organised things so they could complete my job in the specified time. I cannot speak highly enough of them all.
