This was a service for an Aga. Please tell your engineers to phone if they are attending more than 15 minutes late, as he was more than 15 minutes late.

Craig Harrison serviced our Gas AGA. If you want anything done relating to a gas AGA - installation or service - I genuinely could not recommend him more highly. He was trained by AGA back in the day, he's been working with gas AGA's for years, and knows them inside out, their quirks, what to look out for. He was very calm, very thorough, and took real pride in his work. And a nice bloke! Use these guys and you'll never go elsewhere again.

Very professional, they replaced my old boiler with new, kept me informed throughout. Quote was competitive, installation team polite, friendly and efficient. Arrived on time, job completed same day. Site left clean and tidy, old boiler removed. They even assisted in moving white goods for access. Would highly recommend and I will certainly use them in the future.
