We had a very positive experience from our first visit with Paul, followed by the survey with Terry and finally the installation by Constantine, who did a great job. SJB communicated clearly throughout, and emails were always replied quickly. SJB were great. Friendly, communicative and professional throughout the planning and installation process. Job location: KT10It is many years since I have worked with such a professional and capable business. The preproduction process was meticulous with me in control of all sign offs. The windows and doors from the factory fitted and operated perfectly first time, fantastic quality. The team of installers were polite, highly skilled and punctual, protecting our rooms and tidying after each day.
