    Very stressful and disappointing experience

    Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with SJB. We have held back from leaving a review to see whether SJB would rectify the situation over the last month but we have been really disappointed by the way they have handled things to the extent that feel obliged to flag our experience for others. If we had our time again, we would use another company even if it cost significantly more.

    Fantastic windows, we are really noticing the difference in sound and temperature! The office and installations teams are all very professional and friendly, leaving the place nice and tidy. Really happy with the finished result 8 windows later in 3 phases. I highly recommend SJB.
